On the left side of Pinel Island you find an exotic little restaurant witch is known for it’s fantastic Caribbean cuisine. The French owners Eric & Marion started this restaurant many years ago when only few people visited this little island. By now it’s fine food and relaxing atmosphere is well know all over the globe. If you haven’t had a fresh lobster at the Karibuni restaurant you haven’t tasted paradise yet!

In the middle of the island (between the two restaurants) you enter an extraordinary, very idyllic gift shop. Hidden under the trees you will find the most exceptional gifts for any occasion.
This is the domain of King Tom, who started his shop a very long time ago.He is also known as the King of Pinel Island, and famous for his beautifull pareo’s (wraps / sarongs). He can wrap you in a pareo no one else can, with his pure optimistic view of life you will leave his shop with a smile from ear to ear.
Beware; this is not your everyday gift shop, bring your camera’s!

At the most right side of the beach you can eat, chill and relax at Yellow beach restaurant. The restaurant, formally owned by a local is since a couple of years brought back into a real Caribbean style by the new owner Marco. Enjoy the local BBQ food, get tipsy on a rum punch or just relax in one of the Palapa style huts. Marco has a fine nose for what guests really need on a paradise island like Pinel, use it skilfully!
